Our goal at Wendell Eye Care is to provide personalized quality care for all of your eye health and vision needs. We understand that the cost of vision care can be a concern and we do not want cost to be an obstacle in maintaining good eye health and vision. We accept most insurances, cash, credit cards, flexible spending accounts, and CareCredit®. Please feel free to inquire about financing options prior to your appointment.
Please note that often medical insurance will cover an eye exam*, particularly if you have glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, dry eyes, red eyes, burning or itchy eyes, flashes, floaters, or eye pain. *The medical eye exam does not include a refraction (prescription for glasses), but rather focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of eye disease.

CareCredit®
CareCredit® is a healthcare credit card designed to help you pay for the costs of vision care for you and your family including: routine eye exams, new glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. This is a great way to assist with your vision care expenses that may not be covered by insurance. As with other credit cards, it is subject to credit approval and minimal monthly payments are required. Once approved for your CareCredit® card, it can be used at other participating health care facilities including pharmacies and veterinarians. Please feel free to inquire about special financing options through our office.
